Master-planned Riverstone is demonstrating why there is no place like home during its 15th Anniversary Celebration where visitors can tour fully decorated model homes and win the ultimate staycation in October.
During the month-long event, the doors will be open to 19 community model homes, including several priced at more than $1 million. While visiting models, the public can register to win a staycation package that bundles $2,000 worth of personal chef services, $1,000 toward housekeeping, a $500 spa gift certificate and a $1,500 shopping spree.
“With someone else doing all the cooking and cleaning, it will feel like a vacation,” said Trey Reichert, Vice President and General Manager of Riverstone. “Spa treatments and shopping just add to the vacation vibe.
“And while the staycation package is to be enjoyed in your own home, you could always make it better by purchasing one of our available homes to go along with it.”
Riverstone offers patio homes, executive designs and custom homes priced from the $300,000s to the millions. Sales in the 3,700-acre community began 15 years ago, and the Fort Bend development has been so popular that it has been ranked among the nation’s top-selling communities since 2012. It has been the state’s No. 1 best-selling community for three consecutive years.
A project of Johnson Development Corp., Riverstone is located near U.S. 59 and Highway 6, with many homes having Sugar Land addresses. The community is known for its numerous amenities, including the 17-acre Club at Riverstone, a recreation complex boasting a resort pool, Splash Lagoon, Big Adventure Park, a fitness center within a country club setting. An on-site lifestyle director maintains a busy events calendar.
