Newmark Homes Wins 17 Awards at the 2026 GHBA PRISM Awards

Newmark Homes received 17 awards at the 2026 Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) PRISM Awards, including the Grand Awards for Production Builder of the Year and Promotion Builder of the Year. The company earned Production Builder of the Year for the second consecutive year and Promotion Builder of the Year for the fifth consecutive year.

The awards recognize Newmark Homes’ work across marketing, community involvement, home design, and model home merchandising in the Greater Houston homebuilding industry.

Two GHBA PRISM Grand Awards Recognize Newmark Homes’ Continued Achievement

The 2026 PRISM Awards mark another standout year for Newmark Homes. The company’s Production Builder of the Year Grand Award is its second in a row, while its Promotion Builder of the Year Grand Award extends a five-year consecutive winning streak.

The Production Builder of the Year honor recognizes Newmark Homes’ broader achievements as a new home builder, while the Promotion Builder of the Year honor reflects the strength of the company’s marketing and promotional work.
