GHBA HomeAid Benefit Home

The 46th Benefit Home by Newmark Homes

Newmark Homes is proud to partner with the Greater Houston Builders Association to build the 46th home in the GHBA Benefit Homes Project, a remarkable initiative that brings together Houston’s homebuilding community to give back in a meaningful way.

Located in the award-winning master-planned community of Bridgeland, developed by Howard Hughes Holdings, this special home represents the power of collaboration across builders, developers, trade partners, and suppliers who share a commitment to strengthening our community.

Building Homes. Building Hope.

A Home With A Greater Purpose

For more than four decades, the GHBA Benefit Homes Project has united the homebuilding industry around a simple but powerful idea: build exceptional homes that also build brighter futures. Through the program, builders construct homes using donated land, materials, labor, and services from industry partners. The homes are then sold at market value, with the majority of proceeds benefiting charitable organizations that serve vulnerable members of our community.

The primary beneficiaries of this initiative include:
- HomeAid Houston
- Operation Finally Home

These organizations work tirelessly to provide housing and support services to families experiencing homelessness, individuals in crisis, and wounded veterans returning from service.

Since its inception, the GHBA Benefit Homes Project has raised millions of dollars for local charities, transforming the work of Houston’s homebuilding community into life-changing support for those in need.
