Angela Hobdy discovered her love for interior design at a young age, cultivated as she and her mother would frequently tour model and showcase homes. A bachelor’s degree in interior design from Texas State University and more than a dozen years pursuing her passion in the field finds Angela working with buyers of Newmark Homes’ custom division, Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes. Angela welcomes the challenge of bringing to life the definitive ideas these seasoned buyers carry to the table, adding pizzazz with the latest trends and products to create a one-of-a-kind appeal. She particularly likes to explore with color selections, pairing interesting hues for a stylish look. Winner of the Houston’s Best PRISM Award for 2014 Design Associate of the Year, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, particularly walking homes with her own daughter. Like mother, like daughter.

Kalyn started out at Newmark Homes in 2006 as a sales consultant but it wasn't long before she realized that her true passion was in home design. Helping her buyers for years select colors, textures and more for their new homes, Kalyn officially switched to the design world in 2012, parlaying her innate charm, unparalleled customer service and exquisite sense of style into a burgeoning design career. Admired for her upbeat and personalized approach to creating polished and chic rooms that speak directly to the goals and tastes of her customers, Kalyn is in high demand. Her commitment to the client’s vision and budget assures that her customer’s dream home becomes an affordable reality.
