Newmark Homes has tried to anticipate most of your questions and have provided you with a significant amount of information about your home. When a question(s) about service or maintenance arises, most often you will find the answer right here in your personalized manual.

AC and Heating

Your Newmark Home is equipped with a Media Filter Box and Air Filter located in your attic.  The filter is designed specifically for your home filtration system and must be changed at a maximum of every 6 months depending on the specific needs of your home environment.  Filter are coded as follows, 2025 and 2525.  Please order the appropriate filter for your home filtration system.
